- I am married to my wonderful husband, of 8 years and have two sons, Sam and Jack, who were both born still in the second trimester 6 months apart. I have been officially diagnosed as having an incompetent cervix so I had a cerclage placed to save baby #2 that failed. We tried to conceive for 2 years and found out we are expecting Baby #3. I had a TAC placed around my cervix in March of 2011 and we welcomed our new son, Hayden, on September 1, 2011. This blog chronicles my journey towards motherhood.

That's a good mantra to have.
I like it. Because it's Bob Marley and because it's true.
Maybe you having a baby is like meeting the love of your life. You know, you (I mean you in general) search and date and wonder if every person you meet is your soulmate. Then, you give up and stop trying. It's usually then that the right one comes along. Maybe having a baby is the same way. You try and wish and hope and in some cases beg, but it just doesn't happen. So, maybe if you just go with the flow things will happen. Maybe your DH will change his mind (hey, it could happen!) I hope for you it does.
I'm not sure if I've mentioned this on my blog before, but my little cousin who has been fighting leukemia (but is now in remission) is named Marley after Bob Marley :-)

ahh good stuff, i'd like to go to jamaica and really live this mantra right now ha haha and yes that is exactly what i mean ha!
