Virginia- It's not cold enough here for ice or snow yet. We had a very foggy evening and lots of condensation built up on things. So no slippery roads to be worried about just yet :-)
Sophie- The flash was accidental. I somehow turned it on and I intended to erase it but I kind of like it. I do like the second one better though.
I am married to my wonderful husband, of 8 years and have two sons, Sam and Jack, who were both born still in the second trimester 6 months apart. I have been officially diagnosed as having an incompetent cervix so I had a cerclage placed to save baby #2 that failed. We tried to conceive for 2 years and found out we are expecting Baby #3. I had a TAC placed around my cervix in March of 2011 and we welcomed our new son, Hayden, on September 1, 2011. This blog chronicles my journey towards motherhood.

Lovely - but be careful on those roads!
I like it both ways. Without the flash it looks elegant, nice b&w photo almost. I love the droplets on the first photo too, though :).

I want to hang those on my wall! Do you sell your photos?
Beautiful!
Allyson, so I don't. I've never had anyone express interest in them. If you're interested, just email me; stillhopeful.monica[at]yahoo.com
Elizabeth- thank you!
Wow. I suppose it's not surprising that I can see this as some kind of metaphor...
