Hope

I came across a quote that I scribbled on a yellow notepad a couple years back. I stashed it away and came across it this weekend while looking for something that I never found. Perhaps this is what I was looking for and didn't know it.

"When the night is cloudy, I still believe in stars,
Even when the darkness blocks the light.
They're shining out like beacons on the other side of hope.
You can see them when you hold your heart just right."

Beautiful, just beautiful. This is just what I needed to see today, as my husband and I associate our twins with stars.

Beautiful quote! Just curious, did you write this down before or after losing Sam and Jack?

Kristi- I wrote it down about a year and a half ago, maybe a little longer than that. But it was definitely after losing both the boys.
